“In this photographic series, I aimed to focus my attention on the contrast between the passage of time and the resilience of objects returned by the sea, on how time has transformed them into ‘relicts,’ silent witnesses of what they once were and of human actions, both the creators of disaster and abandonment – but also into works of involuntary art born from the fusion between human creation and nature’s work.”

Relitti: Memorie Sospese nel Tempo”

In questa serie fotografica ho cercato di focalizzare la mia attenzione sul contrasto tra il passare del tempo e la resilienza degli oggetti restituiti dal mare, su come il tempo li abbia trasformati in “relitti”, in testimoni silenziosi di ciò che sono stati e dell’opera dell’uomo, artefice di disastro ed abbandono – ma anche in opere di arte involontaria originate dalla fusione tra l’opera umana e quella della natura.
